Monument to D. A. Furmanov.

The monument to the Soviet writer, revolutionary, and military commissar Dmitry Andreyevich Furmanov is located in Almaty. The monument was officially unveiled in 1967. The bust was created by the prominent Soviet sculptor N.S. Zhuravlev, while the architectural design and layout of the surrounding area were executed by the architect Kh.Ya. Yakupbaev.
