Monument to A. S. Pushkin

Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin (1799–1837) was a Russian poet, prose writer, and playwright, the founder of modern Russian literature. The monument to him is installed in Almaty as a bronze sculpture of the poet in full height on a pedestal. The sculpture is executed in a realistic style and is an element of the city’s memorial space.
