Ritz-Palace Multifunctional Complex — A modern commercial facility in Almaty, combining the functions of a shopping center, a business platform, and a service space. The history of this place began in the Soviet period, when the "Ritz" restaurant, famous in the city, operated here. In the early two thousands, as part of the modernization of Al-Farabi Avenue and the formation of a new financial and business district, the old building was completely rebuilt into a new format.
