The Bust of Amangeldy Imanov

Amangeldy Uderbaevich Imanov (1873–1919) was a Kazakh folk hero, one of the leaders of the 1916 national liberation uprising, and a symbol of the struggle for justice and freedom. Amangeldy Imanov was born in the Turgay region. From a young age, he was close to the people, familiar with their way of life, traditions, and problems. This is what made him a respected leader among ordinary nomads and the poor.
