Theatre for Children and Youth named after G. Musrepov

G. Musrepov Theatre for Children and Youth — A leading theatrical institution in Almaty focused on creating dramatic performances for the younger generation and youth. The history of the creative collective began in 1944 with a decree of the General Meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, and the official opening took place in 1945. In 1992, the theatre was named after the outstanding Kazakh writer and playwright Gabit Musrepov.
