Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul

The Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul is one of Almaty’s notable Orthodox churches. The current building was consecrated in 2013 and continues the traditions of an earlier parish connected with the development of the city’s Orthodox community. Its architecture follows the traditions of Russian Orthodox design, featuring domes, a bell tower, and decorative elements typical of church architecture.
