Zhambyl Kazakh State Philharmonic

The Zhambyl Kazakh State Philharmonic is one of the oldest concert institutions in Almaty. It includes a symphony orchestra, chamber ensembles, choral and folk groups. The philharmonic organizes concerts of classical, folk, and contemporary music, as well as touring performances.
