Baiken Mosque opened in 2014 and is among the largest mosques in Almaty. Designed in a traditional Islamic architectural style, it features a large central dome, several smaller domes, and two tall minarets. Its spacious prayer halls can accommodate several thousand worshippers, while the building combines classical Islamic design with modern construction techniques.
