Dostyk Park is located in Almaty's Bostandyk District, west of Shashkin Street along Timiryazev Street. The park covers approximately 3.4 hectares, with 2.8 hectares occupied by green spaces. It underwent a complete renovation in 2020, when new pathways, lighting, irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, and recreation areas were introduced.
