The Nur-Mubarak Mosque is located on Al-Farabi Avenue in Almaty within the campus of the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak. Officially opened in 2001, it was established as a teaching mosque where daily prayers are held alongside practical training for students of Islamic studies.
